Culture Junction is led by three community artists working in partnership; Fraser, Karen and Kat.
Their relationship began together when designing and delivering programmes of work for a national arts organisation, developing a professional synergy that they carry with them today.

Fraser MacLeod
Fraser is a freelance theatre artist, director, facilitator and project manager based in Glasgow, Scotland.
Fraser delivers and directs professional participatory experiences for children, families and communities - ranging from one-off workshops to large scale events and projects. His work often utilises drama and theatre to creatively explore socio-political themes.
Fraser is Co-Director of Sanctuary Queer Arts, Associate Artist with Licketyspit Theatre Company, Facilitator/Director of Tron Studio and is a regular collaborator with the National Theatre of Scotland. -
Karen McGrady-Parker
Karen has 25 years experience in developing & leading national arts engagement campaigns with the public & private sector.
Karen is fluent in developing contractual agreements with business - to elevate the voice of a community leading to impactful corporate social responsibility engagement programmes. Always focused on creative wellbeing to find the right way to share an individuals voice regardless of age, ability and experience.
Since 2018, Karen has been Velocity Artist in residence with Clyde Gateway, Glasgow Life & National Lottery: European Championships & in 2019 : Dennistoun Artist in residence as part of Glasgow Life Creative Communities. -
Kat Wilson
Kat is a freelance participatory artist, project coordinator and audio describer based in Glasgow.
Kat has worked as a freelance participatory artist for 18 years. She has coordinated and delivered a range of creative arts programmes for arts organisations, charities and corporate sector organisations. Kat holds a COSCA Certificate in Counselling Skills, and as such, her work has strong mental health and wellbeing focussed outcomes.
Kat is accredited by ACET in Teaching Relationships and Sex Education (RSE), and is the co-founder of the Vaginismus Network. She has a particular interest in work focussed on sexual health, women's health and RSE.
